Syntonics is a transformative therapy for many of our patients.
I started having trouble driving over a year ago. Initially, it happened only when I was wearing contacts. As I was driving, the lanes started blending together, so that I couldn’t tell where I was going. I wasn’t able to continue to drive when wearing contacts. I had thought it was the contact since it was ok once I changed to regular glasses. However, around November 20th 2024, it happened when I was wearing regular glasses. My eyes were also getting very tired, dry and even hurting at the time. I couldn’t work in front of computer long. It gave me brain fog and nausea. When I was wearing contact for exercise, things in front of my eyes were often doubled.
I came to Dr. Wang on December 13th, 2024. She did test and started syntonics light therapy for me. After doing the treatment for less than a week, I started feeling much better. No issue or struggle driving with regular glasses on anymore. I no longer feel brain fog and nausea when looking at computer long or moving my head back and forth reading. My eyes feel much better and I don’t need to use eye drops frequently. As time goes, the double vision also disappeared when I wore contacts. When I went back to Dr. Wang for check up in two weeks, the test showed my peripheral vision field expanded significantly. Today, after 19 days of syntonics light therapy, I tried driving with contacts on. I had no issue or difficulty at all. Everything felt normal. I am very relieved and excited about the improvement so far. It felt like a magic! Thanks Dr. Wang. I will continue the therapy as you instruct. Look forward to greater success!

Since my daughter has been in Vision therapy. Her teacher and I have noticed a significant improvement in her academic. In the beginning of the school year, she struggled taking math assessments and had difficulty reading. Within time, my daughter has done great taking math assessments and her reading improved. She is now reading on grade level. My daughter is more confident and less anxious when taking assessments for different subjects. My daughter has also become a great writer and scores the highest grade on her writing assessments. She also advocates for herself when she needs an accommodation or modification with work or seating arrangement.
