Dr. William H. Bates was an ophthalmologist who pioneered the field of natural vision improvement. He published Better Eyesight Magazine from July 1919 to June 1930.
To celebrate 100 years of Dr. Bates’ work, a group of natural vision improvement educators and Bates Method instructors are revisiting Better Eyesight Magazine, reading each article word by word. The Better Eyesight Podcast is a monthly show that reads the complete edition of Better Eyesight Magazine from exactly 100 years ago, while providing expert commentary on the material.
