Meet Our Doctor
Qiaoqiao Wang, O.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Wang is dedicated to providing individualized, integrated vision care.
Her comprehensive approach includes, but is not limited to, syntonic optometry, vision wellness programs, behavioral optometry, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation.
As the sole provider and staff member at her office, Dr. Wang personally handles all patient inquiries prior to scheduling appointments. She conducts thorough examinations for every patient—adult or child—and personally administers tailored vision care programs to ensure each visit receives her full attention.
Dr. Wang is committed to patient comfort and satisfaction, striving to accommodate busy weekday schedules (excluding weekends).

- B.S. in Biochemistry and Microbiology from Hangzhou University, China
- M.S. in Immunology from Shanghai Second Medical University, China
- Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut, 2004
- Post-doctoral research fellow in stem cell research at Yale University
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA, 2013
- Post-graduation continuing education in Behavioral Optometry, Optometric Extension Program
- Post-graduation continuing education in Syntonics Optometry, College of Syntonics Optometry

Dr. Wang’s deep passion for optometry drives her ongoing quest to expand her expertise in Behavioral Optometry, Syntonics Optometry, and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation. Her strong academic background and scientific foundation make her a compassionate and highly skilled optometrist. She remains dedicated to providing her patients with exceptional care.
Dr. Wang’s personal connection to behavioral and syntonics optometry is rooted in her own experience with binocular vision problems (BVD). Having navigated her own vision challenges, she’s committed to learning from renowned pioneers in the field. Standing on the shoulders of these giants, she offers advanced care in syntonics optometry, behavioral optometry, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation.
Before opening Integrated Vision Care practice in Guilford, Dr. Wang provided primary eye care to patients of all ages in multiple private optometry practices. Although her current focus is on functional vision issues, she continues to collaborate with her optometry colleagues to ensure comprehensive eye and vision care for every patient.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Wang enjoys reading books on vision and health, and hiking in nature with her family.
